In our 5-star boutique hotel model, the entire Technical Services team plays a fundamental role in ensuring a flawless, safe, and memorable luxury experience.

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Methodically carrying out maintenance of the hotel's facilities and machinery (electricity, plumbing, HVAC).
• Resolving Issues with a Luxury Standard: Handling and resolving issues in guest rooms and common areas with maximum agility, discretion, and neatness to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Safety and Hygiene Testing: Conducting the necessary tests to ensure the safe operation of facilities and adhering to safety, hygiene (e.g., pools, Legionella), and environmental protection regulations in the hospitality sector.
• Supplier Support: Collaborating with external service and maintenance providers to ensure operational continuity.

• Full-Time Schedule: (40 hours per week) with organized rotating shifts.
• Contract: Permanent contract (fixed-term or permanent discontinuous).
• Compensation: Salary according to the collective agreement, plus integration into a technical department where your professional contribution is key and recognized.

• Rigor and Neatness: Meticulousness in finishes, attention to detail, and impeccable compliance with company standards.
• Composure and Steadfastness: Calmness in the face of technical emergencies, a collaborative attitude with the team, and a taste for orderly, methodical work.
• Education: Vocational Training (FP) in Installation and Maintenance, Electricity, Plumbing, or similar. Higher-level training (FP) in Occupational Risk Prevention or equivalent certifications is highly valued.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role (experience in 4* Sup / 5* or boutique hotels is highly valued).
• Languages: Conversational/Operational English sufficient to interact courteously and understand the needs of international guests. German is a plus.
• Requirements: A valid driver's license and work permit.

• Cuidado y Mantenimiento Preventivo/Correctivo: Efectuar de forma metódica el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y maquinaria del hotel (electricidad, fontanería, climatización).
• Resolución e Incidencias con Estándar de Lujo: Realizar el seguimiento y resolución de incidencias en habitaciones y zonas comunes con máxima agilidad, discreción y pulcritud para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Pruebas de Seguridad e Higiene: Llevar a cabo las pruebas necesarias para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro de las instalaciones y actuar bajo las normas de seguridad, higiene (p. ej., piscinas, Legionella) y protección ambiental en hostelería.
• Soporte a Proveedores: Colaborar con los servicios externos de instalación y mantenimiento para asegurar la continuidad operativa.

• Incorporación Inmediata: A una compañía sólida en constante crecimiento y apasionada por el detalle.
• Jornada: Completa (40h semanales) en turnos rotativos organizados.
• Contratación: Fijo discontinuo o indefinido

• Saber que tu trabajo importa: Formar parte activa de la columna vertebral del confort y la satisfacción del cliente.
• Entorno Organizado y Riguroso: Procesos técnicos estructurados, metodologías claras y un entorno de trabajo de primer nivel.
• Reconocimiento a la Calidad: Un equipo donde se valora la pulcritud en las reparaciones, la atención a los detalles y el respeto estricto por las normativas de seguridad y salud.

• Rigor y Pulcritud: Meticulosidad en los remates, atención al detalle y cumplimiento impecable de los estándares de la compañía.
• Templanza y Constancia: Serenidad ante emergencias técnicas, actitud colaboradores con el equipo y gusto por el trabajo sereno y ordenado.
• Formación Académica: FP Medio en Instalación y Mantenimiento, Electricidad, Fontanería o similar. FP Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Profesionales o certificaciones equivalentes de PRL muy valorables.
• Experiencia: Entre 1 y 3 años en un puesto similar (muy valorable experiencia en hotelería de 4* Sup / 5* o entorno boutique).
• Idiomas Operativos: Nivel de inglés conversacional/operativo suficiente para interactuar con cortesía y entender las incidencias de los huéspedes internacionales. Alemán valorable.
• Requisitos: Carnet de conducir y permiso de trabajo en vigor.
