We are looking for a professional with a strong sense of hospitality and experience in the luxury sector. The minimum requirements are:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within the hospitality sector, preferably in four-star hotels.
• Hold a Vocational Training degree in Cooking and Gastronomy.
• Attention to order, detail, cleanliness, and quality.
• Proactivity, initiative, time management, and flexibility.
• Passion for service and a constant drive to improve the guest experience.

As a cook, you will be responsible for developing the pre-preparation, preparation, presentation, and preservation processes for all kinds of food, applying the appropriate techniques and complying with quality standards, as well as safety and hygiene regulations in food handling.

• Qualified, autonomous, and responsible preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes using the most suitable techniques. 
• Collaborate on orders and the preservation of raw materials and products used in the kitchen. 
• Prepare, cook, and present culinary products.
• Inspect and control kitchen equipment, reporting any incidents. 
• Collaborate on menu and list planning. 
• Collaborate on purchasing, inventory, and cost management.
• Control and ensure the preservation and proper use of products. 
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, machinery, and hospitality utensils in good condition. 
• Act in accordance with hospitality safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations.
