We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Technology team.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern on the People Technology team, you will support the processes of attracting and selecting talent for the company's technology areas. What you'll do

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the internship selection process for the Technology areas, participating in all its phases:

  • Supporting the gathering of requirements alongside Hiring Managers.
  • Posting job openings on different recruiting channels.
  • Screening and reviewing resumes of candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews and managing schedules with managers and candidates.
  • Participating in selection interviews together with the team.
  • Managing the necessary documentation for university agreements.
  • Supporting the hiring process and follow-up through Workday.

Employer Branding & Events

You will help bring our employer brand closer to the best tech talent.

  • Collaborating in the organization of talent acquisition events aimed at students and universities.
  • Participating in the preparation of technical challenges together with the Technology teams.
  • Coordinating the logistics and materials needed for fairs, workshops, and recruiting events.
  • Supporting the organization of internal events for the Technology area.

Support for the People Technology team

You will also collaborate on other team initiatives, such as:

  • Managing and tracking invoices related to agreements and talent acquisition activities.
  • Supporting selection processes for different positions when needed.
  • Collaborating on continuous improvement projects for the area and other People initiatives.

What we're looking for

ABOUT YOU

  • You are in your final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are able to sign an internship agreement with your university or study center.
  • You have an interest in the world of Talent Acquisition, people, and technology.
  • You have a B2 level of English or higher.
  • You have good command of the Microsoft Office suite and are quick to learn new digital tools.
  • We are looking for someone eager to learn, curious, and proactive. Someone organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
