As a Talent Acquisition Intern in the People Technology team, you will provide support in the talent attraction and selection processes for the company's technology areas. You will participate in recruiting projects, employer branding, and attraction events, collaborating with a dynamic team and learning from start to finish how a strategic Talent Acquisition function works.

You will be part of the selection process for interns in the Technology areas, participating in all its phases:

• Provide support in gathering requirements alongside Hiring Managers.
• Post job offers on different recruitment channels.
• Perform CV screening of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage schedules with managers and candidates.
• Participate in selection interviews alongside the team.
• Manage the documentation necessary for university agreements.
• Provide support in the hiring process and follow-up through Workday.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern for our People Technology team.

You will help bring our employer brand closer to the best technological talent.

• Collaborate in the organization of attraction events aimed at students and universities.
• Participate in the preparation of technical challenges together with the Technology teams.
• Coordinate the logistics and materials necessary for fairs, workshops, and recruiting events.
• Provide support in the organization of internal events for the Technology area.

• Be in the final years of a Degree or Master's in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar qualification.
• Be able to complete an internship agreement with your university or study center.
• Have an interest in the world of Talent Acquisition, people, and technology.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Good command of the Office suite and ease in learning new digital tools.
