Do you have solid experience as Talent Acquisition and are you used to managing national and international selection processes working directly with clients?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join an RPO project with an important international client on a permanent basis, in a dynamic environment with a diversity of profiles. If you are a professional with consolidated experience in recruitment, capable of managing processes from start to finish and with a strong client orientation, this is the offer you have been looking for!

We will especially value experience performing the following functions:

End-to-end integral management of selection processes.

Taking and analyzing requirements with the client.

Advising the client on recruitment and the talent market.

Defining search and attraction strategies.

Sourcing and direct candidate search.

Screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.

Preparation and presentation of shortlists.

Monitoring processes and coordination with different stakeholders.

Regular interaction with the client.

Participation in an RPO working model, managing different types of positions.

Taking and analyzing requirements with the client. Defining search strategies. Searching for and attracting candidates. Managing the selection process and candidate follow-up. Preparing shortlists and presenting candidates. Contact and coordination with the client. Managing processes within an RPO model.

-Completed academic degree or master's.

-Bilingual English level.

-Residency in León.

-Must have their own vehicle.

-Availability for immediate incorporation.

-Solid experience as Talent Acquisition / Senior Recruiter.

-Experience managing blue collar and white collar selection processes.

-Experience in direct interaction with clients.

-Ability to understand different types of requirements and adapt search strategies.

-Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented profile.
