The role

At Randstad, we are looking to permanently hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in IT profile selection to join our RPO business line and support an important client.

We are looking for a person with 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end selection and accustomed to working in direct communication with clients.

What you'll do

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Requirement gathering and profile definition with the client.

Sourcing and direct talent search.

Screening and competency-based interviews.

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Presentation and follow-up of shortlists.

Communication and follow-up with the client.

Experience in the selection of technological profiles such as software development, Java, Backend, SAP, ERP, engineering, and other specialized IT profiles.

Candidate management and follow-up via ATS.

  • Developing attractive job descriptions and specifications to enhance the appeal and suitability of qualified candidates.
  • Organizing job postings across various platforms and local job boards, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with client needs.
  • Conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience against job requirements.
  • Sourcing active and passive candidates using recruitment software, databases, social networks, or professional referrals to find suitable talent for operational roles.
  • Conducting regular market analyses to stay current with labor market trends and hiring practices.
  • Collaborating with clients to pre-screen suitable candidates, managing the offer process and candidate feedback, while balancing the interests of both candidates and clients.
  • Providing updated recruitment reports and candidate pipeline analyses to clients and internal management.
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status and next steps in the selection process, while facilitating conversations about their professional development and long-term goals. Job Description
