Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in administrative positions.
  • Knowledge of logistics and distribution.

What you'll do

Purchasing Department

  • Administrative management of purchases.
  • Follow-up of orders and suppliers.
  • Control and updating of documentation and records.
  • Coordination with different departments to guarantee the correct supply flow.

Customer Service

  • Attention and management of customer inquiries.
  • Follow-up and resolution of incidents.
  • Administrative support related to orders and deliveries.
  • Coordination with logistics to ensure an efficient service.

How you'll work

  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:30 to 18:30h with one hour for lunch, from 13:30 to 14:30, and Friday from 08:30 to 17:30.
