HRBP

HRBP (H/M/X) At Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are looking for an HRBP to take on a generalist role closely linked to daily factory operations, acting as an HR point of reference. Main functions: Integral management of the employee life cycle at the plant, ensuring the correct development of onboarding processes, personnel administration, and labor monitoring. Organization and planning of the workforce, participating in the preparation of work calendars, shifts, time control, and coverage of operational needs. Coordination of new hires, ensuring compliance with medical examinations, mandatory training, delivery of PPE, and onboarding processes. Monitoring of personnel administrative processes: hiring, registrations and terminations, contractual modifications, and document management with official bodies. Control and analysis of HR indicators such as absenteeism, overtime, workforce movements, training, productivity, and multi-skilling matrix. Resolution of labor incidents and inquiries, providing daily support to employees and middle management. Supervision of compliance with policies, procedures, and labor regulations within the plant. Liaison with legal worker representation and support in labor relations management. Identification and monitoring of training needs, ensuring compliance with established training plans. Management and maintenance of personnel information through SAP and support to employees on matters related to the tool. Analysis of processes and proposal of improvement actions aimed at optimizing people management and plant operation. Requirements: Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or similar. Minimum of 7 years of experience in generalist HR positions within an industrial environment or production plant. Proficiency in SAP or personnel management ERPs. What does the project offer?
