About the role

From the Latam Support Management, we need to hire an@ HRBP, who will report to the HRBP Head Of Latam.

The person hired will be a key member in the implementation of the People Management strategy, plans, and policies both in the LatAm Support team, located in Madrid, and in helping to roll out the strategy to Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Mexico with the different specialist areas.

What you'll do

  • Advise and support local HR teams in the execution of the various HR policies and processes.

  • In collaboration with the International Mobility area, manage expatriation processes, including identifying needs, the selection process, support during assignment, and defining the succession plan.

  • Participate in talent pool management: the full STAR process, talent review, as well as the implementation of training and development plans.

  • Manage compensation packages for the LatAm support team and expatriates.

  • Implement Workday functionalities in the countries: process improvement and change management.

  • Roll out the annual engagement survey and analyze the information from the areas in order to collaborate on defining the People Plans.

  • Implement HR KPIs and create a tracking dashboard.

  • Propose areas for improvement and projects in each of the countries.

  • Share best practices between countries.

  • Help manage the Latam Support Team.

Candidate profile

  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or similar.

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR areas, defining and implementing projects.

  • High level of English, both written and spoken.

  • High level of interpersonal skills and experience in communication with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience with Workday is highly valued.

  • Strategic vision and ability to work on multiple projects.
