At Grupo Crit, we are looking for Customer Service Managers with EUSKERA for a major Banking company.

We are selecting people with excellent Customer Service skills and experience in banking companies. If you do not have this experience but would like to develop yourself in the sector, we can count on you!

What you'll do

Handling inbound calls from customers in the banking sector.
Provide clear and concise information about financial products and services.
Resolve issues and inquiries effectively and professionally.
Identify cross-selling opportunities while providing exceptional service.
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

How you'll work

Contract through a temporary employment agency for 3 months + extensions.
Training provided by the company.
Part-time contract for a 38.5-hour weekly schedule
Shifts available: Afternoon from 4 PM to 12 AM, or Night from 12 AM to 8 AM (Teleworking)
Work 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday, with 2 weekends off per month.
Salary 9.71€ gross, according to the Call Center agreement + language bonus + night shift bonus (from 10 PM)
