Leading the implementation and evolution of the REEF Life solution in different countries, coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and operations.

You will be the functional and technical reference for Life systems, proposing improvements and ensuring standardized, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Direct liaison with Product Owners and business Sponsors to capture, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
• Leading the implementation of REEF Life from start to finish:
  • Gap analysis and functional design.
  • Construction, unit testing, and quality assurance.
  • Deployment, migration, and platform operations.
  • Managing project deliverables, schedule, and quality.
• Configuring and validating products within the REEF Life system, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Acting as an expert consultant for life insurance systems, estimating the effort for each solution and overseeing its correct execution in production.
• Supervising and training the assigned product team, promoting continuous improvement.
• Managing the assigned project portfolio, ensuring visibility, alignment, and results.
• Deepening knowledge of the Life domain and its integration with other modules of the REEF ecosystem.
