Assistant Director of Organizational Orchestration (People & Organization)

• A flexible working schedule and 124 hours of remote work per quarter, so you can adapt your work to your needs. Additionally, we have intensive working hours during the summer, from June 15 to September 15.
• 25 vacation days per year + 28 hours for personal matters + 3 recoverable days during Easter week. Additionally, we do not work on December 24, 31, and January 5.

We are looking for a person to lead the design, evolution, and governance of Mapfre's organizational model, ensuring that the structure, positions, capabilities, and workforce planning are aligned with the business strategy, transformation, and the incorporation of new technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence.

1. Organizational design and architecture
   • Define and evolve the company's organizational design principles.
   • Participate in the design of structures and ensure their alignment with the strategy, operating model, and business objectives.
   • Participate in reorganization processes, the creation of new areas, and the redesign of organizational units.
   • Evaluate organizational efficiency and identify opportunities for simplification and optimization.
2. Governance of organizational elements
   • Define and maintain corporate standards regarding structures, positions, professional families, roles, and hierarchical and functional dependencies.
   • Promote the consistency and quality of organizational information in corporate systems.
3. Reference organizational models
   • Design and maintain reference organizational models for the different business areas.
   • Develop governance frameworks that facilitate scalability, coherence, and organizational homogeneity.
   • Perform internal and external benchmarking on organizational models and market trends.
4. Structure manual, function map, positions and roles
   • Define and evolve the corporate framework for positions and roles.
   • Lead the update of the structure manual and the corporate function map.
   • Ensure updated job descriptions aligned with the capability strategy.
   • Establish homogeneous criteria for the creation, modification, and suppression of positions and roles.
5. Strategic Workforce Planning and organizational productivity
   • Lead strategic workforce planning in the medium and long term.
   • Build sizing and workforce evolution scenarios according to future business needs.
   • Establish metrics for organizational productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
   • Analyze capabilities, sizing, and productivity to support strategic decision-making.
6. Organizational impact of Artificial Intelligence
   • Lead the evaluation of the impact of AI on work, positions, functions, and capabilities.
   • Identify opportunities for automation, productivity increases, and role redesign.
   • Evaluate the impact of AI on workforce composition, professional profiles, and organizational structures.
   • Design future organizational scenarios based on collaboration between people and artificial intelligence.
