The role

Account Executive - Distribution, Partial Loads, and Last Mile

At Paul Marles, we are looking for an Account Executive for the Distribution, Partial Loads, and Last Mile area of a leading transport and logistics multinational, with a presence in more than 50 countries and a strong commitment to the development of its teams.

What you'll do

Identify and develop potential clients through proactive prospecting and cold calls.
Manage a portfolio of active accounts (Farmer) and constantly generate new sales (Hunter).
Negotiate with new and existing clients, ensuring competitive rates and customer satisfaction.
Develop solid knowledge of the distribution and partial loads market (rates, carriers, capacities).
Collaborate with operational teams to design tailored transport solutions.
Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated with visits, opportunities, and results tracking.
Achieve and exceed KPIs for visits, new sales, and growth of active accounts.
