• Technical Engineering in Public Works, Civil Engineering, or similar technical training.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in national public works urbanization projects.
• Driver's license.
• Execution and monitoring of public works and urbanization projects.
• Monitoring of work execution and control of works.
• Control of measurements and work certifications.
• Monitoring of costs, quality, and deadlines.
• Coordination and monitoring of the different agents involved in the work.
• Knowledge of technical regulations applicable to public works and urbanization.
• Management and monitoring of site documentation.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• A decisive profile oriented toward incident resolution.
• Technical rigor and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with the different agents involved in the project.

Assistant to Site Management - Public Works Urbanization (Barcelona)

We are looking for a professional to join a leading engineering firm in Barcelona.

The selected person will participate in the monitoring and control of the execution of public works and urbanization projects in Catalonia.

• Provide support to the Site Management in the technical monitoring of projects.
• Monitor the execution of works on-site.
• Coordinate and maintain communication with contractors, industrial suppliers, and other involved agents.
• Monitor work measurements and certifications.
• Control compliance with established deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
• Detect incidents during execution and collaborate in searching for and defining solutions.
• Prepare reports, site visit minutes, and technical documentation associated with work monitoring.
• Participate in the monitoring and closing of final project documentation.
