What you'll do

• Define the architecture of the company's current and future applications.

• Decide the technology stack, development patterns, integrations, and scalability of solutions.

• Drive technological modernization and reduce existing technical debt.

• Ensure the quality, maintainability, and stability of the software.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of internal and external developers.

• Participate in critical technical decision-making and resolution of complex incidents.

• Provide technical mentoring to junior and mid-level profiles.

• Oversee environments, deployments, backups, security, and business continuity.

• Implement and consolidate DevOps best practices and CI/CD.

• Monitor application performance and manage recurring errors.

• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and new technological developments.

• Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

• Participate in technical pre-sales and meetings with strategic clients.

• Provide technical credibility and consulting capability with clients and partners.
