Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Sales, Commerce, Veterinary Medicine, Health Sciences, or similar.
Previous experience as a B2B sales representative, preferably in the veterinary, pharmaceutical, agricultural, healthcare, or related sectors.
High orientation toward the customer and the achievement of commercial objectives.
Negotiation skills, organization, and planning of commercial routes.
Availability to travel regularly through Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, and Andalusia.
Autonomous and proactive profile with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in the commercialization of technical or specialized products.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a company dedicated to the distribution and commercialization of veterinary products, which needs to hire a Sales Representative for the areas of Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, and Andalusia.

Drive the company's growth through the management and expansion of the client portfolio in the assigned area, ensuring a quality, close, and specialized service.

What you'll do

Manage and retain the existing customer portfolio.
Prospecting and acquisition of new clients in the areas of Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, and Andalusia.
Planning and conducting in-person commercial visits to distributors, veterinary clinics, and other clients in the sector.
Identification of business opportunities and market development in the assigned area.
Commercial follow-up of offers, negotiations, and closing of agreements.
Registration and updating of commercial activity through the corporate CRM.
Participation in fairs, congresses, and events within the veterinary sector.
Preparation of commercial proposals and internal coordination to guarantee correct customer service.
