Requirements

What we're looking for

You provide training in Technical or Higher Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Organization, or similar).
You have a minimum experience of 3 to 4 years as a Project Engineer, designing, executing, and coordinating industrial projects in a factory with continuous production lines.
You have experience in dealing with and coordinating external contractors.
You master design and blueprint interpretation tools such as Autocad, Inventor, or Solidworks.
You are an analytical person, with the capacity for organization, planning, problem-solving, prioritization, and good teamwork skills.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a major company in the food sector, located in the Girona area, which is currently looking to incorporate a Project Development Engineer to guarantee compliance and the proper execution of the plant's Engineering projects, as well as to improve existing production processes.

What you'll do

Detect problems and areas for improvement in production processes, providing technical solutions and conducting feasibility studies.
Manage, organize, and coordinate the corresponding engineering and industrial projects for their execution at the plant.
Follow up on projects once implemented and guarantee their management, execution, and completion in compliance with the established timings.
Guarantee correct coordination of external contractors for the execution of tasks.
Apply good environmental and energy practices in the development of the activity.
