At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated industrial company, with more than 50 years of experience as a manufacturer in the self-adhesive labeling market, in the search for an IT Director to lead the company's technological area.

This is a key position within the organization, reporting directly to General Management, in an environment where technology plays a fundamental role in the day-to-day business.

What you'll do

• You will be the person responsible for guaranteeing the correct functioning of all the company's IT systems, ensuring the operational continuity of the business.

• You will autonomously lead the technological area, with a global vision (infrastructure, software, security, ERP, etc.), and with the capacity to propose improvements and evolve current systems.

• You will have a key role in digital transformation, participating in projects such as the implementation of the ERP and future technological initiatives (automation, AI, etc.).

• Integral management of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems, backups, etc.)

• Administration and maintenance of corporate software and ERP (current and under implementation)

• Supervision of the correct functioning of all the company's systems (including security cameras, networks, servers, etc.)

• Technical support to internal users and incident resolution

• Management of external IT providers and coordination with collaborating companies

• Administration of users, permissions, and access

• Basic maintenance of databases and resolution of related incidents

• Active participation in the implementation and improvement of the ERP

• Identification of technological improvement opportunities (digitization, automation, AI, etc.)

How you'll work

•Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8am-5pm and Friday from 7am-3pm
