Requirements

What we're looking for

- Technical or Higher Engineering degree

- Good academic record

- Residence in the province of Barcelona

- Ability to manage human resources and the economic sphere.

- Experience in managing work teams.

- Hold a driving license

- Availability to travel and/or change residence for periods of 1-3 years

Nice to have

- 2-3 years of experience in positions involving Integral Water Management, supervision and execution of works, management of environmental services, and having dealt with Public Administrations. Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (Intermediate or Higher Technician) will be valued

- Training in Management

- Complementary training or Postgraduate degree related to the Integral Water Cycle.

- Knowledge of English and Valencian is valuable

What you'll do

Responsible for the proper operation of assigned distribution and service facilities, as well as for planning, monitoring, and executing the works to be carried out.

Will manage the entire water supply and sanitation facilities operation. Likewise, will coordinate the economic, technical, administrative, and personnel aspects of operations, liaising with the administration, managing subscribers, etc.

Job location: Initially in the province of Barcelona. There are contracts in Llinars del Vallès, some pending approval in La Garriga, and some for CEMSA... mobility required.

Salary range: compensation commensurate with the experience and value added by the candidate.

Service company. Long-term public administration contracts. Responsible for the entire contract lifecycle; technical side, maintenance, billing management, and team. Commercial side, people and supplier management. Required training: higher engineering degree and experience managing services, supplies, and teams. Common sense, decision-making, and order. Experience in the water sector is valued. Not large contracts but with their own peculiarities. Growing position, future manager role, mid-level profile. Customer focus. 40-45k.
