Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training (FP2) or electrical engineering (or similar). Experience is valued more than the degree.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical assembly, installation, or maintenance.
Real field experience, with knowledge of equipment: transformation centers, cells, transformers, and electrical panels.
Attitude, sincerity, desire to learn, and capacity for commitment.
Valid driver's license.

The role

A leading company in energy infrastructure, based in Bizkaia with a long track record in the engineering, installation, assembly, and maintenance of high, medium, and low voltage electrical installations. It is in a full growth stage and is strengthening its production team.

What you'll do

Plan and coordinate the execution of the HV and/or LV electrical installation works assigned to you.
Define the materials, resources, and personnel necessary for each project, and manage them with the production management.
Be the link between the office and the field teams.
Assume technical responsibility for the project and economic monitoring (costs and deviations).
Visit the site to supervise progress and resolve incidents.
Work in a coordinated manner with the production team and the installations management.
