JOB DESCRIPTION

At SOCOTEC Spain, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Building and Installations division in Madrid or Zaragoza.

The selected person will participate in the design, coordination, and supervision of electrical installations in building projects, providing technical expertise and the ability to work autonomously on projects of varying complexity.

This is a position oriented towards profiles with consolidated experience in electrical installations who seek to continue developing in a specialized and multidisciplinary technical environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and development of electrical installations in building projects.
Technical coordination of electrical installations with the rest of the project disciplines.
Supervision and review of solutions and technical documentation.
Development and review of electrical calculations.
Preparation and review of plans, reports, specifications, and technical documentation.
Technical monitoring of projects and resolution of possible incidents.
Coordination with internal teams and other agents involved in the projects.
Occasional participation in visits and meetings associated with the development of the projects.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Education: Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the design and development of electrical installations.
Consolidated experience in building projects.
Experience in the coordination and supervision of electrical installations.
Ability to develop projects autonomously.
Spanish.
Valid B driver's license.

WILL BE VALUED

Experience in building projects of high technical complexity.
Experience in multidisciplinary project coordination.
English level.
Knowledge of specific tools and software for the design and calculation of electrical installations.
Experience in technical due diligence of installations.
