Requirements

What we're looking for

· Vocational Training or University Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or in a related field.

· At least 2 years of previous experience in customer service and technical support in an international environment.

· Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems effectively and efficiently.

· Advanced knowledge of electronic and electrical systems.

· Experience in performing repairs and maintenance of electronic equipment.

· Excellent ability to communicate with customers, with commercial skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and in high-demand situations.

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

· Flexibility and availability for very occasional international travel.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced technical service professional to join an international team.

What you'll do

· Provide high-quality technical support to our customers worldwide, managing incidents primarily remotely.

· Perform diagnostics and repairs on electronic and electrical equipment.

· Interact with customers via telephone, email, and chat to solve technical problems and provide advice on product use and maintenance.

· Collect market feedback to evolve products and systems.

· Work in close collaboration with the engineering team to identify and resolve more complex technical problems.
