Export Sales Administrator

At Marlex Professionals, we are collaborating with a consolidated company in the graphic arts sector that is currently in a growth process. Currently, they require the incorporation of an Export Sales Administrator, with a commercial orientation and the ability to manage and develop relationships with international clients.

Reporting to the department manager, if you are the selected person, you will be responsible for carrying out the following functions:

• Manage and follow up on the international client portfolio, guaranteeing fluid communication and a good customer experience.
• Participate in the acquisition of new clients and in the development of new business opportunities in international markets.
• Collaborate in the promotion and presentation of new products, contributing to their positioning in the market.
• Manage and follow up on orders, from reception to delivery, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
• Keep commercial information and client data updated in the CRM.
• Follow up on incidents, possible claims, and delivery deadlines, coordinating with the involved departments.
• Participate in trade fairs and commercial events within the sector, as well as carry out frequent international commercial trips, according to the needs and the company's trade fair calendar.
