• Experience in administration, customer service, logistics, or commercial management.
• Good level of spoken and written French.
• Good command of IT tools and ease in learning new programs.
• A versatile, organized, proactive, and decisive person, with the ability to manage priorities.
• Customer focus and good communication skills.
• Availability to participate in occasional trade fairs and events.
• Own vehicle is essential.

• Experience in prospecting and customer acquisition, social media/Instagram, and knowledge of electricity, water, or gas will be valued.
• Experience or knowledge of the camper/caravanning sector will be especially valued.

• Stable project with real possibilities of continuity.
• Initial contract through Marlex for 3 months + 3 months, with the possibility of subsequent incorporation into the company via a permanent contract.
• Full-time.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 h, with a break from 14:00 to 14:30 h.
• Expected start date during September.
• Salary through Marlex according to the collective agreement.
• €30,500 gross annual once incorporated into the company, subject to possible modifications.
• Continuous training on technical products and the camper sector.

We are looking for a versatile, organized, decisive, and communicative person, capable of combining administrative tasks, customer service, logistics, technical product knowledge, and commercial support.

• Computerized reception of goods, entry registration, and system verification.
• Customer service via telephone and email, resolving inquiries regarding products, orders, availability, and technical characteristics.
• Follow-up with national and international customers.
• Searching for and prospecting new customers in France, using French.
• Management and follow-up of national, international, and Balearic orders and quotes.
• Classification and forwarding of emails to different departments and follow-up of management tasks.
• Incident management and communication with customers.
• Technical advice on materials and products for campers.
• Administrative support for logistics, sales, and product.
• Support in the management of Instagram and social media.
• Participation in national and international trade fairs, events, and professional meetings when necessary.
• Coordination with different departments.
