What we're looking for

We are looking for you if...

You have, at least, a High School Diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training degree.
You have at least one year of experience in customer service within the consumer sector (utilities, insurance, telecommunications, etc.), preferably managing inquiries and claims.
You are proficient in handling several IT tools simultaneously (Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Vonage, Calabrio).
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Empathy and listening skills to understand members' needs and offer them appropriate solutions.
Organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle several cases and tasks at once.
Adaptability and flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and tailor advice to the member according to the information in force at any given time.
Quality orientation, with a predisposition to learn and improve results, checking that there are no errors, and with high standards and self-criticism toward your own work and that of others.

The role

At Marlex People, an HR consultancy, we are looking to hire a Consumer Inquiry Agent / Telephone Operator for a major company.

Your main objective will be to provide personalized, high-quality service. You will provide information and guidance regarding consumer matters so that they can make informed decisions, and you will accompany them in the resolution of their complaints and claims.

What you'll do

Resolve inquiries and offer assistance both in person and through remote channels, such as telephone, email, or other digital tools.
Provide members with detailed information about their rights and responsibilities in consumer situations, without getting involved in legal representation or complex legal advice.
Explain clearly and accessibly the regulations and rights affecting consumers, ensuring that members understand their options and responsibilities.
Facilitate the process of filing claims and complaints for members, providing them with the necessary tools and information so that they can exercise their rights.
Receive, record, and organize the documentation necessary to process claims and complaints, ensuring that cases are processed efficiently.
Detect trends or recurring problems affecting members and consumers and inform the appropriate team to initiate other internal activities.
Participate in internal training activities to ensure and update knowledge.
Communicate relevant information to members regarding campaigns, collective purchases, negotiated advantages, or other information that may be of interest to them.

How you'll work

Temporary contract for replacement.
30-hour work week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the possibility of modifying the schedule within the 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM window if service needs require it.
