About the role:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a company present in the chemical sector, dedicated to the manufacture of products for home cleaning and hygiene.
What you'll do
- Management and control of expense reports, including the review of receipts and tickets.
- Registration and tracking of meal expenses and per diems, as well as control of tickets using Excel.
- Updating and maintenance of spreadsheets for the control and tracking of expenses.
- Management and control of clock-ins for temporary agency staff and company employees.
- Support in general administrative tasks and document management.
- Organization, filing, and tracking of administrative documentation
