Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or equivalent training.
Experience in administrative tasks linked to logistics, expeditions, or customer service.
Experience in managing orders, delivery notes, and commercial documentation.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Outlook.

We are looking for an organized, resourceful, and proactive person, with planning capacity, attention to detail, and communication and coordination skills.

Nice to have

Experience in industrial environments or distribution companies is valued.
Knowledge of business management programs and stock control is valued.

The role

At Marlex People we are collaborating with an industrial sector company located in Piera, which is looking to hire an Expeditions and Receivings Technician to provide administrative and operational support to different areas of the factory.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks related to production, logistics, expeditions, and receivings, ensuring the correct functioning of internal processes.

What you'll do

Manage administrative documentation for production, maintenance, and logistics.
Control orders, deliveries, and receipts of raw materials, materials, and consumables.
Follow up on pending orders and coordinate expeditions and transport needs.
Control and update stocks of raw materials and finished products.
Manage delivery notes and commercial documentation.
Coordinate access for suppliers, carriers, and external companies to the facilities.
Provide administrative support to the different departments of the factory.
Handle inquiries and incidents from customers and collaborate in the improvement of internal processes.

How you'll work

Full-time.
Schedule from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 13:00 h and from 14:00 to 16:30 h.
Workplace in Piera.
