We are looking for a Property Claims Handler to join the Property Express team. Your objective will be to manage Home insurance claims with the highest quality and customer orientation.

• You will manage Home claims up to €30,000.
• You will handle claims against opposing companies.
• You will work to achieve the unit's recovery, average cost, and fraud objectives.
• You will interact with opposing companies, external collaborators, loss adjusters, lawyers, and other internal areas.
• You will assist our customers by telephone to offer them the best service.

At this point, you might be wondering, how do I know if I'm a good fit?

Don't worry—I'm not going to ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in claims handling or knowledge of the insurance sector.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Positive attitude and customer orientation.
• If you also use tools such as Excel or claims platforms, it will be a plus!
