We are looking to hire an administrative management professional to join the firm's team. You will be in charge of the comprehensive management of claim and subrogation files against opposing companies, ensuring the follow-up and agile processing of cases within the insurance field.
File management: Opening, processing, follow-up, and closing of subrogation and damage claim files.
Claims against opposing parties: Interaction, negotiation, and follow-up with opposing insurance companies for the resolution of files.
Administrative support: Processing of legal and technical documentation linked to the areas of Civil Liability, Accidents, Damage, Health, and Public Administrations.
Control and registration: Updating databases, monitoring operational deadlines, and digital filing of files.
Work modality: Hybrid (50 percent teleworking).
Monday to Thursday: From 8:00 h to 17:00 h.
Friday: From 8:00 h to 15:00 h.
Location: Barcelona (Sants / Les Corts Area).
