Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of three years of experience performing Office Manager or similar functions.
  • Higher Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Degree.
  • Good command of computer programs (proficiency in Prinex will be valued).
  • Person with communication skills, resourceful, proactive, and empathetic.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the office, as well as to detect the importance of matters.
  • Languages: Spanish and English.

The role

Important company in the real estate sector is looking for an Office Manager to join its offices in Madrid.

What you'll do

  • Management of the Partner's agenda and support for three other people in the office, travel bookings, file management, documentation, receiving calls and emails.
  • Day-to-day management of the office.
  • Follow-up/feedback with real estate agents.
  • Support with invoices and suppliers, as well as monitoring collections (desirable but not indispensable experience).
  • Materials and room organization, among other functions.

Working hours

  • Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 19:00. Friday until midday.
