At MC Headhunting, we are looking for a Legal Counsel IP with eight to twelve years of experience for an important multinational in the Pharmaceutical sector located in Barcelona.

• Provide advice to other areas of the company and to subsidiaries on trademark and intellectual property matters.
• Evaluate third-party IP risks: searches for new trademark names, slogans to validate use and new registrations, etc.
• Process and defend the company's trademarks at an international level. Review, control, and monitoring of oppositions, appeals, cancellation actions, nullity, and other legal proceedings regarding trademarks and copyright.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents in the field of

Intellectual and Industrial Property: licensing, distribution, supply, image rights, photographers, marketing agencies, co-branding, etc.

• Supervision of trademark monitoring services at an international level.
• Collaboration with specialist IP lawyers worldwide on trademark and intellectual property rights matters.
• Collaborate in reviewing the company's marketing materials.
