+10 years of experience in the digital industry, having previously held a managing position with ownership or playing an active role in the fundraising process.
Relevant knowledge on the automotive industry (nice to have).

What you'll do

As a CEO you will be responsible for:

Setting the company’s vision and culture for the years to come.
Developing high quality business strategies together with the Board of Directors, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
Presenting the Company's vision, roadmap and results to shareholders and potential investors.
Lead the fundraising process as the head of the company.
Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
Managing company’s resources to ensure sustainable high-growth in the long run.
Attracting, retaining and leading the best talent.
Building trust with key partners and stakeholders.
Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements.
Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
