Functions:

• Performs tasks assigned by the manager or the management team. Fundamentally, and without prejudice to other responsibilities, their duties consist of sales promotions, advertising, and community relations, as well as with other establishments in the area where the restaurant is located, and they are directly responsible to the restaurant manager.
• Works jointly with the restaurant manager on preparing the material necessary for communicating new sales promotions to the public.
• Is responsible for the custody of promotional items, such as prizes and children's items, which must be controlled through inventories.
• Ensures at all times the good image of the restaurant towards customers and third parties, always seeking to provide them with maximum comfort and well-being.
• Complies with the hospitality standards set by the company, demonstrating the following attitudes: smiling, greeting and saying goodbye to customers, helping and serving them, as well as any other attitude that reflects the restaurant's hospitality. Additionally, they must perform the following tasks: suggestive selling, dining room atmosphere setup, cleaning and organizing facilities, and any other task assigned to meet hospitality standards.

Funciones:

• Realiza tareas encomendadas por el gerente o el equipo de gerencia. Fundamentalmente, y sin perjuicio de otras responsabilidades, sus funciones consisten en las promociones de venta, publicidad y relaciones con la comunidad y con otros establecimientos de la zona donde se encuentre situado el restaurante y es directamente responsable ante el gerente del restaurante.
• Trabaja conjuntamente con el gerente del restaurante en la elaboración del material necesario para la comunicación al público de nuevas promociones de ventas.
• Es responsable de la custodia de los artículos de promoción, como premios y artículos infantiles, que debe controlar mediante inventarios.
• Vela a cada momento por la buena imagen del restaurante de cara a clientes y terceros, a los que siempre procura el máximo confort y bienestar.
• Cumple con la hospitalidad que marcan los estándares de la compañía, mostrando las siguientes actitudes: sonreír, saludar y despedir a los clientes, ayudarles y atenderles, así como cualquier otra actitud que muestre la hospitalidad del restaurante. Además, deberá realizar las siguientes tareas: venta sugestiva, ambientación de salón, limpieza y ordenación de instalaciones, y cualquier otra tarea que se le indique con el fin de cumplir con los estándares de hospitalidad.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Mayor de 18 años
• Disponibilidad total, para trabajar en horarios rotativos
• Tener experiencia/ formación en venta, atención al cliente, azafata de eventos, etc.
