MISSION

Ensure and maintain positive and productive labor relations within the company, making sure current legislation is complied with and that clear, effective communication channels exist between management and employees.

HR AREA

The HR Supervisor role must ensure a strategic vision for the area, supporting business growth and securing a differentiated experience for the workforce.

This role must also ensure the professionalisation of the department both in the Restaurants and in the organisation, through the identification and analysis of specific KPIs and the ongoing management of internal talent, in order to develop robust expansion plans, guaranteeing future leadership and promoting the employer brand image.

Supporting the Franchisee in implementing Action Plans focused on Integrated Human Resources Management (sourcing and selection, “onboarding”, talent management, succession plans, compensation and benefits, and labour legislation);• Ensuring the contextualisation, implementation and control of the Annual Survey.
