About the role

We are looking to hire an HR Administration Technician with experience, to join the People area and ensure proper labor and administrative management of the workforce.

Ensuring proper compliance with the company's labor, payroll, and Social Security obligations, guaranteeing regulatory rigor, process efficiency, and quality service to internal clients.

What you'll do

  • Full calculation and management of payroll, including variables (overtime, night shifts, lateness, severance pay).
  • Management of social insurance and monthly filings through Siltra.
  • Management of contracts, registrations, deregistrations, and final settlements using Contrat@.
  • Calculation and processing of severance payments.
  • Management of wage garnishments.
  • Processing of workplace accidents (Delta).
  • Management of ERE and ERTE: official communications and payroll calculations.
  • Time control and weekly cost analysis.
  • Management of requirements from the Labor Inspectorate and labor disputes.
  • Processing of subsidies for new hires.
  • Management of flexible compensation.
  • Coordination in matters of occupational risk prevention (PRL) and preventive planning.
  • Preparation and maintenance of the Equality Plan documentation.
  • Management of training and FUNDAE funds.
  • Preparation of reports and analysis of labor cost trends.

How you'll work

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
