The role

You will join a team of highly qualified professionals, where you will be able to carry out the development and implementation of large projects at a national and international level.
Our Gijón headquarters requires a TECHNICIAN LEVEL1. This role is responsible for attending to an incident in the first instance and bringing it to resolution, unless it requires changes to the system programming. You will work on resolving client incidents 24x7 in shifts or through telephone availability. You will diagnose problems, provide solutions, or corrections to existing problems on your own or by using Level 2 Remote Support, Product Support, or Systems Support services.
What you'll do
Their responsibilities include, among others:
- Resolve client requests received by telephone, email, or through the ITSM portal.
- Create and update Remote Support documentation based on interactions with clients.
- Participate in rotations from Monday to Friday and in weekend on-call support.
- Continuously investigate and learn the new features of Mecalux software.
- Maintain the Remote Support infrastructure in perfect condition.
- Suggest and implement improvements in remote support workflows.
How you'll work
The selected person will join a stable position with continuity.
