IT‑Consultant Software Support: you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for the company's software solutions, managing complex incidents and ensuring an optimal experience for users. Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve system performance and facilitate seamless deployments

What you'll do

Provide high-level software support for the company's products, resolving complex incidents for users and clients.
Diagnose technical problems, including system, performance, or integration errors, and collaborate with development to apply solutions.
Prepare documentation (FAQs, guides) and advise users on the optimal use of the software.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and professional, rapid communication.
Manage incidents through ticketing tools and comply with established SLAs.
Identify performance improvements and transmit feedback to technical teams.
Supervise the deployment of updates and new versions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, QA) and maintain an updated knowledge base.
