The PARADISUS Fuerteventura Hotel needs to hire a Department Head.
Position mission: Responsible for restaurants in an area or a time slot.
What will my duties be?
- Control and ensure the daily and monthly inventory procedure for tableware, glassware, cutlery, table centerpieces, and decorative items.
- Control and ensure the EISI reporting procedure, follow up on the general report of their department…
- Control and ensure the preventive maintenance procedure, deep cleaning, and machinery of the bar department.

Misión del puesto: Responsable de restaurantes de un área o una franja horaria.
¿Cuáles serán mis funciones?
- Controlar y asegurar del procedimiento de inventarios diario y mensuales de vajilla, cristalería, cubertería, centros de mesas, decorativos.
- Controlar y asegurar el procedimiento de reporte de EISI, seguimiento al reporte general de su departamento…
- Controlar y asegurar el procedimiento de mantenimiento preventivo, limpieza profunda, maquinaria del departamento de bares.
- Gestionar el costo asignado a su departamento. Cumplimiento del objetivo de ingreso por centro de consumo. Up-selling.
- Facilitar todo lo relacionado a estado de sus menús, cartas de licores, cartas de vinos, promociones de su departamento etc.
- Supervisar que se lleven a cabo pruebas de rendimiento de las diferentes maquinas, dosificadora, concentrados etc.
- Supervisar el check list de Operación.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de higiene y seguridad departamental.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en una posición similar, en el sector hostelero.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Conocimiento de las últimas tendencias en sala.
- Conocimientos de REVO, y manejo de TPV.
- Manejo avanzado del paquete Office.
- Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, orientación al servicio, Calidad y profesionalidad, visión global y estratégica y comunicación e influencia como competencias clave.
