What you'll do
- Distribute the team of their rank, assigning tasks to each one of them
- Supervise the work of the team of their rank
- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace
- Attend to possible customer requests and incidents and pass them on to their supervisor for correct follow-up
- Perform correct and professional service at all times
- Control and supervise their sector of responsibility
- Collaborate in receiving, seeing off, seating, and advising customers on menus and drinks
- Billing and collection from the customer
