What you'll do

At the Casa de las Artes Meliá Collection hotel, we are looking for a bellhop capable of guaranteeing an exceptional welcome and farewell experience for guests, offering personalized, elegant service in accordance with the luxury standards of Meliá Collection.

  • Receive, greet, and assist guests upon their arrival and departure from the hotel.
  • Handle, transport, and safeguard guests' luggage with the utmost care and professionalism.
  • Accompany guests to their rooms, explaining the hotel's facilities and services.
  • Manage transport requests, taxis, and mobility services.
  • Perform valet parking services when necessary.
  • Drive guest and hotel vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Keep the access areas, lobby, and luggage storage room tidy and organized.
  • Manage the temporary storage and control of luggage.
  • Provide tourist information and recommendations about Madrid, cultural events, and nearby points of interest.
  • Collaborate with Reception, Guest Experience, and other departments to address special guest needs.
  • Ensure compliance with the quality, safety, and service standards of Meliá Hotels International.
  • Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and resolve issues proactively.
