Internship Reception & Guest Experience - Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa

You will be part of the Reception & Guest Experience team, actively participating in the hotel's daily operations and learning the service standards of an international luxury brand.

• Support in check-in and check-out processes

• Personalized guest service throughout their stay

• Management of requests, incidents and special needs

• Coordination with other departments to ensure an excellent experience

• Support with administrative tasks typical of the reception

• Promotion of hotel services (dining, spa, golf, activities, etc.)

• Monitoring of customer satisfaction

• Training in a high-level international environment

• Students of Tourism, Hotel Management or similar

• High level of English (essential); other languages will be highly valued

• Interest in the world of luxury hospitality

• Proactivity, positive attitude and customer orientation

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to complete curricular or extracurricular internships
