Sales Advisor- Club by Meliá- Meliá Villaitana

JOB MISSION:

Provide a clear, honest and personalized sales experience, based on accurately identifying guest needs and effectively presenting high-value solutions. Act as part of a high-performance team, collaborating to achieve commercial goals through efficient management, a focus on results and continuous improvement. Ensure every sales closing is handled with transparency, commitment and a long-term vision, strengthening lasting relationships with new members or clients.

• Establish cordial, professional and empathetic contact with guests in the sales room, presenting the product clearly, transparently and tailored to each client's profile.
• Apply active listening to identify the client's needs, expectations and motivations, offering solutions aligned with their profile to maximize the value proposition.
• Coordinate effectively with the team responsible for inviting guests to the sales room, ensuring a steady, qualified flow through fluid communication and shared goals.
• Adopt a proactive attitude to identify and propose potential guests when necessary, taking part in generating opportunities that boost the sales room's performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product, its benefits, terms and processes, taking part in internal training and developing skills through continuous self-learning.
• Carry out effective sales closings with full transparency and professionalism, ensuring that each sale is properly recorded, formalized and activated according to established procedures.
• Verify payment status of the first annual fee and confirm product activation, building a solid relationship with the client to provide support, resolve questions and encourage loyalty.
• Contribute to meeting individual and collective goals, actively integrating into a high-performance team with a culture of collaboration, commitment and continuous improvement.
• Record every interaction and sales closing in the corresponding systems or platforms, ensuring traceability and control of each process according to established standards.
• Attend and actively participate in training sessions, sales meetings and feedback opportunities to improve technical, commercial and personal skills.
• Contribute to meeting individual and team commercial objectives, understanding that quality service is the foundation for generating real sales opportunities.

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, real estate, insurance, dealerships, or similar products.
• Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, International Trade or similar fields.
• Fluent English (a second language is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Office tools.
• Passion for sales, high motivation to exceed expectations and continuous improvement.
