What we're looking for

✨ What we are looking for in you:
✔ High level of English is essential (Portuguese and other languages are valued).
✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, ideally in accommodation sales.
✔ Vocational training or experience in customer service.
✔ Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM management.
