What you'll do
- Welcoming students and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the very first moment.
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and common area reservations.
- Handling inquiries, calls, and emails, always with a proactive and friendly attitude.
- Resolving small day-to-day incidents, guaranteeing the comfort and safety of the residents.
- Supporting administrative tasks and internal organization.
💡 Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles (if it is in educational environments, even better!).
- High level of English (other languages are valued; you never know who might arrive at the residence).
- A communicative, proactive, and organized person who enjoys teamwork.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
