The role

Great opportunity to manage your own bank branch. Self-employed contract with high remuneration (fixed + variable)

What you'll do

Manage and advise clients on financial products and services.
Conduct financial analyses and propose solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Collaborate in the acquisition and loyalty of clients.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
Prepare reports and reports related to financial activity.
Work as a team to achieve established goals.
Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Provide support in the management of banking operations.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in banking, financial services, or commercial positions within the sector.
Ability to develop business and manage customer relationships.
Results-oriented and consolidated commercial skills.
Knowledge of financial products and sector regulations.
MIFID, LCCI, and Insurance certifications in force, or ease of obtaining/renewing them.
Self-employed profile, with initiative and ability to manage professional activity.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the business and economic fabric of the province of Toledo will be positively valued.
