What you'll do

Reporting to Management, your responsibilities will be:

  • Achieve the region's commercial targets: secure sales mandates, match buyers with sellers, close transactions, and maximize volume and profitability.
  • Support and guide clients through their decision-making process with ongoing, high-quality, and empathetic contact. Manage the full cycle: valuation, document collection, analysis, negotiation, deposit, and follow-up through to closing.
  • Build and develop a network of contacts in the region: pharmacist owners, Official Colleges of Pharmacists (COF), investors, tax advisors, wholesalers, and banking institutions.
  • Coordinate with the central team (documentary, legal, and financing analysis) to ensure a comprehensive, seamless service for every client.
  • Active prospecting: identify pharmacies for sale, potential buyers, and market opportunities. Feed and optimize the CRM with high-quality data.
  • Supervise and train future advisors as the territory grows, assigning targets and monitoring KPIs (signed mandates, closed transactions, average ticket, time to close).
