What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in general accounting or financial accounting positions.
Solid knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, and commercial regulations.
Experience in the preparation of Annual Accounts, legalization of books, and submission to the Mercantile Registry.
Experience managing several companies simultaneously.
Ability to participate in financial reporting, analysis, and projections.
Proficiency in Excel.
Autonomous and organized profile with the ability to operate in environments with multiple companies and high operational volume.

The role

An independent wealth advisory and asset management firm is looking for a Senior Accountant with financial vision who has a minimum of 5 years of experience.

What you'll do

Management and accounting of all accounting operations for the various companies within the group.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
Periodic financial reporting for Management.
Participation in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Support in the group's financial consolidation processes.
Preparation and filing of taxes (VAT, IRPF, withholdings, and other tax obligations).
Preparation and formulation of Annual Accounts.
Management and legalization of Official Books.
Submission of documentation to the Mercantile Registry.
Management of the commercial and corporate aspects of the companies.
Supervision and management of payment remittances, direct debits, and operational treasury.
Issuance, control, and filing of invoices for the various companies.
Management and use of digital certificates and official body platforms.
Coordination with external advisors, auditors, and financial entities.
Identification of improvement opportunities in administrative, financial, and accounting processes.
