The role

We are looking for a Corporate Finance M&A Analyst profile with approximately 4 to 5 years of experience for a recognized firm specialized in M&A advisory in San Sebastián

Senior M&A Analyst 4-5 years of experience

What you'll do

Advisory in mid-market M&A operations
Conduct financial analysis and business valuation
Support the preparation of financial models and strategic forecasts
Coordinate due diligence processes
Direct communication with clients, investors, and other advisors
Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analyses

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar. A Master's in Finance or MBA is valued
Approximately 4 years of experience in M&A
A high level of English is valued
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and business valuation
