Mission
The Culture & Talent Lead is a strategic role responsible for shaping and driving organizational culture towards a high-performance, agile and inclusive environment. This position plays a key role in fostering diversity, embedding agile ways of working and ensuring the development of capabilities required for current and future business challenges.Role & Responsibilities
* Lead cultural transformation initiatives to build a more inclusive, collaborative and high-performing organization, including the design and implementation of leadership frameworks, change management strategies and internal communication plans
* Champion the adoption and scaling of agile methodologies across the organization, with particular focus on OKR-based ways of working, providing coaching, facilitating key rituals and enabling leadership alignment
* Define and execute talent management strategies to attract, develop and retain a diverse and high-performing workforce, including talent acquisition, succession planning, development programs and performance management
* Lead and orchestrate the implementation of the Skill-Based Organization - Future Skills model, integrating local initiatives (Academy) and ensuring a learning and development path that delivers the skills required for current and future business needs, including the establishment of company-wide career paths
* Drive diversity and inclusion strategy, promoting an inclusive culture and embedding best practices across recruitment, development and retention processes
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, influencing leadership and enabling buy-in for transformation, talent and culture initiatives

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field. Advanced degree in Organizational Development or HR is a plus
* Proven experience leading cultural transformation, talent management, agile transformation and diversity and inclusion initiatives in complex organizations
* Strong experience in OKR implementation and agile frameworks
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles within multinational environments
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively across all organizational levels
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid knowledge of change management methodologies and agile principles
