Industrial Management and Operations (Santiago-Ourense Corridor)

We are looking to recruit an Industrial Director of Operations for an industrial company with international activity, specialized in the execution of unique, large-scale projects of high technical complexity, at a key moment of growth and organizational evolution. Essential experience in a similar role within a project-based, non-serial production environment.

• On-site position in the Santiago-Ourense Corridor. Solid and growing industrial SME.

Reporting directly to the CEO and acting as their right hand, the Industrial Director of Operations will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all company operations, ensuring the correct technical, financial, and schedule execution of projects.Operations Management

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise operational activity related to project execution.
• Ensure coherence between planning, available resources, and execution capacity.
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, and commitments made to clients.
  * Drive continuous improvement of processes, operational efficiency, and proper coordination between areas.

* Supervise the comprehensive execution of projects from launch to completion.

• Analyze the technical and financial viability of new initiatives.
• Control deviations in scope, costs, and schedule.
• Anticipate risks and promote corrective actions.

• Lead multidisciplinary technical and operational teams.

Higher technical education (Engineering or similar) and a minimum of 10 years of experience in positions of responsibility, such as Industrial Director, Operations Director, or similar roles, developed in industrial environments, engineering, industrial construction, or companies focused on complex projects.

Experience leading operations, projects, industrial areas, or business units with direct responsibility for results.

Solid technical-economic vision and experience in cost control and project profitability.

Previous experience in organizations working under project-based execution models, unit manufacturing, or industrial activities of high technical and operational complexity.

Careers developed in sectors such as engineering, industrial construction, capital goods, energy, infrastructure, or project-oriented industrial activities will be especially valued.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in demanding and changing environments.

Minimum B2 level of English, with the ability to operate in international environments.

Availability to carry out the role on-site in the interior of Galicia, in a location well connected to Santiago and Ourense, with the possibility of residing close to the workplace.
