The role

An important multinational technology company is looking to hire an IT Delivery Director to lead a strategic unit of application development and maintenance services in Western Andalusia. The position will have comprehensive responsibility for the operation, profitability, service quality, and business growth of a consolidated structure of more than 100 professionals.

What you'll do

Global management of a technological operation with multidisciplinary teams and intermediate management structures.
Management of relationships with strategic clients, participating in executive committees and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and service levels.
Responsibility for the P&L of the services under their scope, including monitoring of revenue, costs, margins, and productivity.
Leadership and development of managers, service managers, and key profiles within the organization.
Driving continuous improvement, industrialization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Active participation in commercial opportunities, contract renewals, and the definition of growth strategies.
Coordination with national and international teams to guarantee the correct execution of services.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Consolidated experience directing delivery units, service centers, software factories, or large technological operations.
Track record in managing large teams, both directly and indirectly.
Experience in public sector projects.
Experience in the economic management of services and complex contracts.
Ability to operate in high-level corporate environments and manage relationships with strategic clients.
Knowledge of development methodologies, service management, and modern delivery models.
High level of English for interaction in international environments.
Residency in Western Andalusia or availability to relocate to the area.
